Your information
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: August 3, 2026
SafeResponses is designed to check suspicious digital situations, including messages, websites, sellers, job offers, payment requests, calls, and social contacts—not to collect passwords, authentication codes, full card details, government identifiers, medical records, or identity documents. Remove that information before submitting.
1. Who we are
SafeResponses provides online, technology-assisted and human-reviewed digital-safety guidance. Contact saferesponses@saferesponses.com.
2. Information we collect
- Verified email address, optional name, and account identifiers.
- Messages, descriptions, screenshots, sender details—including phone numbers and email addresses—requested actions, and other review content.
- Risk assessments, technical contact-intelligence results, safety notes, completed responses, and service communications.
- Plan, transaction, subscription, and limited billing identifiers from our payment provider. We do not store complete card numbers.
- Privacy-limited website activity such as anonymous session identifiers, pages viewed, device category, campaign source, and recent activity timestamps. Live analytics do not store IP addresses, exact locations, names, emails, or submitted message contents.
- Basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate customers, deliver and improve reviews, check submitted phone and email identifiers for technical signals, generate technology-assisted recommendations, conduct human quality control, communicate results, enforce limits, process payments, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.
4. Technology-assisted processing
Submitted content may be processed by automated systems operated by SafeResponses and contracted technology providers. When a submission contains a website address, SafeResponses may send that address to Google Web Risk to check for known malware, social-engineering, or unwanted-software matches. A match or lack of a match can be incomplete, stale, or wrong and does not prove that a website is safe or malicious. Phone carrier, line type, caller-name, email-domain, and similar results may also be incomplete, stale, or wrong and do not prove identity. Human review and approval are required before a customer response is sent.
5. Providers and international processing
Contracted providers support hosting, authentication, email, payments, storage, security, assisted analysis, public DNS checks, optional phone-number intelligence, and—with visitor permission—Google advertising measurement. Google measurement is blocked until a visitor allows it through the privacy-choice banner. Visitors can later change that choice using the Privacy choices control. We do not intentionally send submitted messages, names, customer email addresses, or payment details to Google through this tag. Providers process information as needed to provide their services, and information may be processed in countries different from yours.
6. Payments
Stripe processes payment information and may independently perform payment, fraud, identity, tax, and compliance processing. SafeResponses receives transaction identifiers, status, plan, customer email, and limited billing information—not full card details.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed to deliver reviews, maintain security and audit trails, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention duties. We delete or de-identify information when no longer needed, subject to backups and lawful exceptions. Submit a privacy request.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. We verify requests and respond as applicable. We do not sell personal information for money or use review content for third-party targeted advertising.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure. Remove unnecessary sensitive information and protect your email and Google accounts.
10. Age and changes
SafeResponses is for adults aged 18 or older. We may update this policy and will provide additional notice when legally required.
